Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a fault or damage to the product, please send us a picture of the product, a description of the fault and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist your claim.
We print all of our products bespoke to purchase, which means that we do not possess large quantities of stock. Therefore, we are not in a position to offer returns based on sizing. Please consult both the size guide available here and on each product page. The best way to make sure you have the correct size is to measure your favourite similar choice of clothing and compare against the size chart.
If your package shows obvious signs of damage upon arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately as once the package is opened the ability to claim compensation from the courier is revoked.
